Oh yucky! Sorry to hear it Jennifer. You may want to lower the temp of your oven and watch it for time. If you are not doing a full package of bacon your cook time will be less. I like to coat my bacon lightly with the brown sugar. If you put on too much brown sugar, the sugar may have burnt. Hope this helps you next batch come out perfect!
