In reply to Angie Mills. I would suggest during the last half hour of cooking so they won't get soggy. Or you could cook them and just add them just prior to serving.

I made this last night and it is AMAZING! My family LOVED it. Definitely adding to the rotation. 🙂 P.S. I roasted some broccoli in the oven and added it to the thickened sauce with the shredded chicken. Gotta sneak in those veggies when I can and it worked cause the sauce is so yummy. Thanks for the great recipe!
