I have never tried freezing these tarts before. The crust should be fine, however, I&#039;m not sure about the lemon curd. You could try freezing one tart and then thawing it to see how the lemon curd holds up. Thanks for following us, Tracy]]></description>

Blanching almonds is easy: 1) Place almonds in a bowl. 2) Pour boiling water to barely cover almonds, let the almonds sit for 1 minute and no longer. 3) Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again. 4) Pat dry and slip the skins off.
