This was a hit at a recent potluck for my bible study group. “Best spaghetti ever” was one of the phrases used. Great recipe! I really liked the combo of less sauce and cheese compared to some of the heavy pasta casserole dishes I’ve tried.

When I went out to the market, I also bought cream cheese to add with the cottage cheese. I misunderstood the directions. So… I mixed in cottage cheese, cream cheese and a little sour cream, turned out AWESOME still!!! I also used some gouda cheese & mozzarella to the cheddar cheese. Since I only eat like this once a week, I thought, what the heck! LOL! Thanks for sharing this beautiful recipe. Oh, forgot to mention that I also made the 2 easy peach cobbler, everyone had a fit over it… 🙂
