I’ve grown up with rhubarb around me, but never really liked it. My son and husband love the stuff, so I usually make a few desserts with it each summer. It freezes well in your freezer, too, for those winter desserts! I’m a teacher and one day, I saw a student take out a baggie of rhubarb, dipped it in sugar and was eating it raw. I couldn’t believe it! I’m pinning this recipe as it looks like a good one! Thanks!
