I would definitely go for it! The topping is already a soft yellow because of the pudding but I love this idea!

OH, that is supposed to be the end of the sentence above. You want to mix the jello with 2 cups of hot water. But the recipe on the package says to then add 2 cups of cold water and that is what you don’t want to do. Just use the 2 cups of boiling water. Does that make sense? Oh man, this is SOOO good!
