Give the ham a rough chop and place it into the food processor.
Pulse it until it is finely chopped, but not a paste.
Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, parsley, relish, mustard, sriracha, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper.
Pulse until it is a creamy, spread-like texture.
Serve as a sandwich or with raw vegetables and crackers
