BLT Pasta Salad

Macaroni BLT Salad is the perfect salad for those spring and summer barbecues. Pasta, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo make these a great comfort food too!
Course Salad


  • 12-16 oz Macaroni Pasta
  • 3 heaping Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 heaping Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3 tablespoons white rice vinegar
  • 1 pound cooked and chopped bacon I like mine pretty crisp
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes chopped and seeded
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to help the pasta not stick to itself and to help it cool down.
  • When the pasta has cooled completely, add the mayo, sour cream, garlic salt, vinegar, bacon, and salt and pepper.
  • Mix well then add the tomatoes and lettuce and fold the mixture until well blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • NOTE: if you are taking this to a potluck, DO NOT add the bacon, tomato, or lettuce until just about time to serve it. That way those ingredients stay crisp and fresh.
