I only use buttermilk a few times a year and I always feel bad wasting it when I do buy it. I will be buying it in about a week to make a fancy birthday cake for the man of the house (his favorite is a German Chocolate recipe that has like two days worth of steps lol). It uses buttermilk but even the smallest amount I can buy is far too much! I’ll be freezing the rest of it. Thanks!
