Oh, my…such incredible cookies. I too am it obsessed with intense lemon flavor & I am always checking out new cookie and pound cake recipes. It is my quest for the best in lemon. These are definitely keepers! I need to mail some cookies and I am sure that these will do just fine. My very young grandchildren call me “most amazing nana” – man! Thanks for this recipe.

Love this recipe! So simple! Was trying to find something to do with a bunch of Meyer lemons as well and this recipe is perfect! To me, the flavor is just like Girl Scout Lemonade cookies, but chewy, which makes them even better! Thanks!

A dear friend at our church has had a bumper crop of Meyer lemons this year. Now I have another delicious recipe to use with them besides my Aunt Essie’s fabulous homemade Lemon Meringue Pie.
