Ingredients

  • 1 package 16 ounces ziti pasta, cooked and drained (Rotini will also work)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • 4 ounces mushroomed chopped
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 4 cups 32-ounces meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Grease the inside of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
