I should have said I used this amount of filling for 2 loaves of bread (minus heels) & 1 lb diced strawberries….this was our dinner & served 5 of us–we each had 6-8 rolls

I pinched the ends shut so the egg/milk would stay on the outside. YUMMMMMM!!!! Thanks for the idea!
