How are your New Year’s Resolutions going? Just between you and me, I have lost over 10 pounds since Christmas but this weekend I was out of state with my husband and all of my will power flew out the window.  We’ve been eating out almost every meal and it is SO hard not to choose some of my favorite things.

BUT!  As soon as I get home, I will be back on track and want to try these Healthy Chips made out of pears, sweet potatoes and bananas.   I pinned these from Raisin & Fig – Don’t these look great?

Healthy Chips :: Pears & Sweet Potatoes & Bananas, oh my! (via https://www.raisinandfig.com)

How’s that healthy-eating New Year’s Resolution going for you? If you’re like most people who make one, there’s a 29% chance that it’s faded into a distant memory already. I don’t know about you, but the hardest part of trying to eat healthy…

Thanks so much Morgan for this great pin on keeping us healthy!

What a great chip. I love making sweet potato chips in the microwave, but I would love to try pear chips, or even banana. Thanks again for sharing at Simple Supper.
