We have Mandy on our blog today and we always look forward to seeing what she has to share.  You won’t be disappointed when you see what she has brought.  Take it away Mandy!

Hey there! It’s Mandy from Mandy’s Recipe Box and I am back with a quick and easy dip recipe. This Jalapeño Lime Dip takes less than 5 minutes to make. Eat it with chips or veggies for a refreshing snack.

I have learned to love jalapeños. I really loved the pickled kind in the jar on my nachos. This dip is smooth and a touch spicy. You can add more jalapeños to kick it up if you want. I am in love with these tortilla chips I found at Costco. They are called Late July and are so good! Just sayin’. You may want to get a bag.

So make this dip and watch everyone eat it up!

1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, minced
