I&#039;m so happy you liked this chicken recipe! I agree, onion and garlic would be a great addition of flavors. You could try using half chicken broth and half oil. That would cut your oil by 50%! Let us know how it turns out! Tracy - The Middle Child]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Just tried this tonight, thanks!  I used boneless, skinless breasts cut into strips, and larger potatoes, since that&#039;s what I had on hand.  It ended up really lemony (I used 3 small ones - 2 sliced to cover the bottom, and really squeezed lots of juice out of the third), so I think next time I&#039;ll cut down on that, and up the garlic, maybe add some onion to get more of a varied taste.  Definitely a keeper though.  Any idea on how it would be with less oil to cut down on calories?]]></description>
