Thanks, Robyn. I don’t love shrimp (Crazy, I know!) but if I put shrimp on this my husband will be in heaven. Think I’ll surprise him with that! Thanks for the idea. I really wanted her to be able to lift her spirits and wish I had gotten the chance.

I love this salad, Sherri, and I make one very similar to it. I like to add grilled shrimp to it as well. Poor girl! I always feel sorry for the new kid working when no one helps them. I guess it’s learning about the working world though, lol.
