If the filling is oozing out, probably use a little less. I did have that happen on two of my cookies but the rest were great!

Mine did this too I was so sad. I don’t know how they are making them without it running out there is nothing to hold the filling in.

I still think about her sometimes! And boy do I watch to try and remember where I parked. My son just told me there is an app that I can get on my phone that will mark where my car is and then I can just look at the app if I forget. I think I may be getting that! haha

I think the refrigerated will work just fine and I’ve never had a problem with the caramel leaking out but a drizzle is a great idea! Deb
