Hello MFP readers! Carole here from My Kitchen Escapades and I am ready to get you OUT of the kitchen and your kiddos INTO it!

Kids in the Kitchen

I have six kiddos and the more they can do for themselves in the kitchen, the happier I am as a busy mom. I am always coming up with quick and easy meals, snacks and treats they can make for themselves. Click here to see all the recipes in my Kids in the Kitchen series, then allow them to do a little work while you sit down for a minute….what a concept!
Peanut Butter Fruit DipThis very simple fruit dip took a whole 2 minutes for my 5 year old to make, with a bit of measuring help from her big sister. They completely devoured it and especially loved it with apples. I love how healthy it is and packed with protein as a bonus. We ran out of fruit before the dip was gone, but that was only an excuse for the little fingers to plunge into the bowl. Go for it little minions of mine 🙂
Peanut Butter Fruit DipWe had a bit of leftover dip the next day so I got creative and spread a glob of it over my Low Carb Pancakes.….heaven, I tell you!
