“Hoo” is looking for a cute and fun craft for your kids during Thanksgiving break?  “Hoo” loves craft that is fun for all ages?  “Hoo” loves this cute little Pine Cone Owl Craft?

Pine Cone Owl Craft

Well we sure do and know your kids will too.  Be prepared that your kids will want to make a ton of these and then place them all on their dresser in their room.

Trust me.

I speak from experience.

So grab these items so you can get started:

Pine cones, (you can buy pine cones at your local craft store.  If you choose to pick some natural ones, make sure they are free of any little critters inside!) Colorful buttons (choose some that are bigger than googley eyes), googley eyes, glue dots, feathers, and sparkly paper

Pine Cone Owl Craft

With your glue dots, glue the googley eyes onto a button.

Glue your eyes onto the pine cone.  If the dots do not work, a little tacky glue might help.

Pine Cone Owl Craft

Cut a small triangle out of the sparkly paper for the beak.

Pine Cone Owl Craft

Glue the beak on.

Place some glue dots on the pine cone where you want some feathers.

Press your feathers into the glue dots.

Pine Cone Owl Craft

Hoot!  Hoot!  Now you are done!

This Pine Cone Owl Craft would make a great activity for the kids to stay busy while your Thanksgiving dinner is cooking.  Or any dinner for that matter!
