We made it again since and we’re making it for a party we’re having this weekend. Thank you so much! We didn’t know which type if vinegar your recipe called for so we went with red wine vinegar which is what we’re most used to using. I will eventually try it with apple cider vinegar…but after the party 🙂

Cheryl I know exactly what you mean. I tried a macaroni salad one time that had too much vinegar that I deleted the next time I made it and then it was perfect!

I used white vinegar. I am not sure if it was the sour cream or the vinegar but my husband and dinner guest prefer a less tart tasting potato salad. Will make again w/o vinegar.
