Thanks for replying! I also kept them in an airtight Tupperware in the fridge, but the bars themselves were still soo hard, and the icing was pretty soft. So I would have to sit them out about 30 min-1 hour at room temp to soften up the bars...or else the bars would just be so hard. Wonder why that happened. They were very yummy regardless though.]]></description>

I did right after they were iced, but icing didn&#039;t firm up after two hours of being in fridge. And the cake itself got really hard...so I don&#039;t know that I would like to keep them in the refrigerator. but I worry about the icing.]]></description>
