Hi Sarah,

You can do this! Place one Hershey Kiss in each circle. Fold ½ of the pie dough over the Kiss and seal the pie dough.
Pull the other half of the pie dough up forming a criss cross and pinch to seal the edges. If I make a video I’ll let you know! You’ll LOVE these cookies! Tracy

You could boost the flavor in the cookies by using a mint flavored Hershey Kiss and/or sprinkle coarse sugar or powdered sugar over them instead of the sea salt.
