It makes for a gooeyer (gooeier-sp? ha!) coating. serving at room temperature will get you closer to that cherry cordial goo, and ALWAYS use a high quality chocolate to avoid blooming. microwaving can cause this too as chocolate prefers to be tempered slowly. (as i&#039;m more a fan of dark chocolate than white myself.) you can also add a complimentary liqueur to the fondant (for the adults). yum! now i&#039;m ready for some! ;)
