Strawberry Mango Salsa!

I’ve never thought of salsa as beautiful, until I saw this picture! I love how the colors worked together.

Since I ruined the homemade chips we had to use some regular bagged chips. The “salty sweet” taste worked just fine. But I think the salsa would have tasted even better with the cinnamon tortilla chips.
This would be great over grilled chicken breast or fish. It turned out to be a very versatile salsa.

Strawberry Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Strawberries finely diced
- 3/4 Cup Mangos finely diced
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 6 Basil Leaves finely chopped
- 1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and allow to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours, covered.
