There are a few tricks that I have to help my grandkids eat healthy when I have them visiting.  One is that they will eat almost anything if I give them toothpicks and let them dip their food into something.  Another trick is to put the food on sticks like these Fruit Kabobs.  It makes it so much more fun to eat fruit this way!

Fruit Kabobs

Going along with these Fruit Kabobs is a great fruit dip.  Get ready to dip your luscious fruit into this yummy concoction!
